Owner, operator and personal stylist Elizabeth Leffler-Agia has created a spacious yet cozy environment where current trends are combined with a unique perspective to help develop your very own look. Having studied fashion at the School of the Art Institute in Chicago and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Diego, Elizabeth is passionate about style and enjoys keeping the boutique full of beautiful and distinctive collections. She believes that fashionable clothing can be enjoyed by everyone, without costing a fortune.
Cecilia Boutique was named after Elizabeth’s grandmother, a fashion-minded and exceptionally creative woman who, when she passed, left Elizabeth several sketches of evening dresses she had made by hand. Cecilia is also Elizabeth’s middle name, and so it is with her namesake boutique that she provides the same comfortable atmosphere you would find while rummaging through a trusted friend’s closet.
The boutique is located on the first floor of Mission Hills Village Plaza, just one block north of University Avenue at Hawk Street, with ample parking available. Enjoy an escape to a treasured fashionista’s playground; a chic, Paris-in-springtime delight right here in San Diego. Whether you’re stopping by for some much-needed retail therapy, or just a lively chat, new and old friends are always welcome.
